A scrumptious snack, appetizer, or main dish! All the flavor of a bacon ranch cheeseburger without the carb overload. Serve with ranch, bbq, or low carb Big Mac sauce!

For the bombs
1 lbground beef
1 calmond flour
2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 slicesbacon
precooked, chopped
1 Tbspbaking powder
3 Tbspranch seasoning
1 Tbsppepper
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
For the Big Mac sauce

For the bombs

Preheat your oven to 375°. In line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients for the cheeseburger bombs, and mix well. I find that mixing by hand works best.

Using a cookie scoop or spoons portion the mixture out, and roll into balls. It should make about 42

Place the prepared balls on the lined baking sheet, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes depending on how crispy you want them.

Serve warm with dipping sauce of choice.
For the big Mac sauce

In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients for the sauce, and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
