Step 1
Peel avocados and place in a large bowl and mash with a fork . Add onion tomato cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper mix well then place some of the filling into the center of each egg roll wrapper roll it tuck in the sides and seal the ends shut with water. You can deep fry until golden brown or air fry in the air fryer spray with non stick spray and air fry at 400° about 12 minutes flipping halfway. For the sauce, combine all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with the egg rolls for dipping.
