Instructions
Step 1
Bring butter to room temperature. You want it spreadable, not melted.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400F
Step 3
Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.
Step 4
Add minced garlic and all the seasonings into the butter. Stir until the butter and garlic are well combined.
Step 5
Slice the bread lengthwise. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to toast the bread. (NOTE: ovens vary so keep an eye on it)
Step 6
Once the bread is slightly toasted, spread the garlic bread evenly onto the cut side of the bread.
Step 7
Top evenly with mozzarella cheese
Step 8
Place back in the oven under the Broiler until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Step 9
Slice & Serve
