Split pea pasta dough

It’s what it sounds like pasta dough with a split pea purée. It’s a great way to have your kids eat their veggies without them knowing. Note sometimes you need less water or more just add it little by little until it gets the desired consistency

Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to stand mixer bowl and mix on medium heat until smooth consistency
Step 2
Let dough rest for 30 minutes before rolling it out and cutting it.
Step 3
Serve however you like if you don’t need it all you can freeze the dough
