Instructions
Step 1
Shell shrimp and divine, but the tail keeps on.
Step 2
Season shrimp with salt.
Step 3
Grub tail, coat each shrimp with flour, then beaten egg, then panko.
Step 4
Add oil to the pot and bring it to 350ºF over medium heat. Fry until the color turns golden brown and the shrimp floats in the oil, about 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with Okonomi sauce.
