Heat butter sugar add golden syrup • Add apple thin slices • Cook to 108 on,caramel colour • Add dbl cream

Melt butter syrup Add oats,cinnamon, nutmeg

• Mix well

• Greaseproof tin 7x7 inch

Step 5

• Add thick caramel sauce mix to tin

Step 6

• Add flapjack mix,press firm

Step 7

• Bake 175 oc 30 mins

Step 8

• Cool,score portion in tin

• Eat nice with coffee
