Instructions
Step 1
Place your chopped veg and garlic and rosemary into a large oven dish
Baking dish

Oil all over the lamb shoulder and season well with salt and pepper
Step 3
Place the lamb shoulder on top of the vegetables
Step 4
Pour 500ml of water into the bottom of the tray
Step 5
Cover and cook at 140 for 5 hours
OvenHeat
Step 6
After 5 hours uncover and cook for a further 30 mins at 180
OvenHeat
Step 7
Remove the lamb to a chopping board, cover and allow to rest for 30 mins

To carve pull out the bones and pull apart with 2 forks
