Step 1
Preheat Oven to 160°C
Step 2
Prepare Loaf tin grease and line with baking paper
Step 3
Put the butter, flour, eggs, caster sugar and lemon zest into a large bowl and beat until smooth.
Step 4
Spoon into the tin and bake for 40 - 50 mins until a skewer comes out clean.
Step 5
Mix Icing sugar with 1 lemons juice until thin paste (slowly add liquid)
Step 6
Poke holes over the finished cake and pour the drizzle over.
