Step 1
Peel the onion and the garlic, stem the tomatoes and the peppers, then pop them all into a food processor. Blend until liquid.
Step 2
Add basil and the parsley to the food processor. Blend until the herbs are chopped.
Step 3
Add the olive oil and salt or boullion.
Step 4
Simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat. You just want to see the color change from that bright red to an orangish-red color.
Step 5
You can store it in a squeeze bottle in the fridge or freeze it.
