Step 1
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for four minutes less than package directions

2. Stir and brussel sprouts and cauliflower and continue cooking until the pasta and vegetables are tender, 4 to 5 minutes more. Drain well

3. Dry the pot instead over medium heat

4. Add oil and garlic and cook until the garlic is fragrant and just starting to brown, about one minute.

5. At the hot pasta and vegetables insert to combine.
Step 6
6. Add cheese sauce and salt, reduce to medium low heat and stir until steaming hot, about one minute. Not do not boil
