Instructions

Step 1
Cook quinoa with 1 1/2 cups water
Step 2
Sauté garlic, then onion & sundried tomatoes
Step 3
Add seasonings & half of the black beans Cook a few minutes Put in food processor Add 1/2 of the quinoa & pulse until smooth Transfer to bowl & mix in the rest of black beans & quinoa Add salt & pepper & mix
Step 4
Make into 8 Pattie’s & put on greased sheet pan Bake at 350 F about 20 minutes or crisp on top Flip & bake another 10 until crisp
