Instructions

Step 1
In a food processor combine avocado, cream cheese, coriander, olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper. Blitz until smooth.
Step 2
Fill on the croustades with avocado mixture and using the spoon make a cavity.
Step 3
Fill the cavity with salmon roe and enjoy immediately.
