Instructions
Step 1
Press the sauté button on the Instant Pot. Add and melt the butter
Step 2
Add dried minced onion, garlic powder, and rice. Let cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add 1 cup broth, stir for 2-3 minutes until the broth is absorbed by the rice.
Step 4
Add the remaining 3 cups chicken broth, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Place lid on instant pot. Set valve to SEALING
Step 6
Press the Manual button and adjust time to 10 minutes
Step 7
When timer beeps, allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes
Step 8
Quick release any remaining pressure and remove lid.
Step 9
Ladle into bowls and garnish with parsley or green onions. Serve
