Instructions

Step 1
Place all ingredients into a large Dutch oven and simmer for 1 hour until most of the liquid is absorbed. You want to have about ½ cup liquid left in bottom of pan. Remove bay leaf.
Step 2
Pre heat griddle to medium.
Step 3
Cook the meat until slightly crispy.
Step 4
Heat your tortilla and place some shredded cheese, pulled pork, diced onion, and cilantro. Cook until the tortillas are golden and crispy.
