Instructions
Step 1
For this one, use a deep big frying pan or wide pot.
Saute the onion for a few minutes on the cooking oil and then add garlic.

Step 2
Add ground beef and start breaking it down into small chunks with a wooden or plastic spatula.

Step 3
Add spices: salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, cumin, chilli powder.
Adjust to personal taste.
Step 4
Add paprika and saute for few minutes more.
If you feel extra you can saute it for a few minutes in other pan and than add to the turkey.

Step 5
Add all the prepared canned goods, stock and herbs. Taste and adjust to your liking. Mix.
Step 6

Cook for about 1h on low-medium heat.

Step 7

Serve with 2 slices of tortilla warmed up on in the pan.
