Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 325 F and generously grease 10 wells of 2 6-cavity donut pans, or 1 2-cavity donut pan.

2. To make the donuts, place the gas, sour cream, granulated sweetener, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend to combine well.

3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt and blend again until well combined. Add the water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the batter is scoopable, but not pourable.

4. Spoon the batter into the prepared cavities of the donut pans, filling them about three-quarters full. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown and just firm to the touch. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then flip out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
