Instructions
Making the yogurt sauce
Step 1
Add 250g skyr, 1/2 tbsp mustard, juice of 1/2 a lemon, one minced clove of garlic and liquid sweetener (optional and whatever amount is equal to 1 tbsp of sugar) in a large bowl and mix.

The Salad
Step 2
Add the salad mix to the bowl and mix so that all the salad is covered in the sauce (add a splash of water if the sauce is too thick). Season to taste with salt and pepper.
