Step 1
1. Coat slow cooker with olive oil.
Step 2
2. Place mint on top of oil.
Step 3
3. Place pork loin on top of mint.
Step 4
4. Mix salt, pepper, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar and pour on top of pork.
Step 5
5. Place garlic and onions on top of pork loin.
Step 6
6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 7
7. Discard mint.
