Step 1
Have your onions, garlic , shallots, carrots and celery chopped and ready

Sauté your onions, garlic , shallots, carrots and celery with your butter

Add your salt , pepper and dill

Continue to sauté until they are al dente

Add the vegetable stock or broth cartons

Rinse the rice and then add it to the soup

Add the cooked shredded chicken

In a bowl crack the 2 eggs only adding the whites. Add the lemon juice to the egg whites and whisk them together until it foams up

Add about a cup of the broth to the egg and lemon mixture and whisk until blended

Add the mixture to the soup and whisk thoroughly
Step 11
Add the heavy cream and mix

Let it simmer until rice is fully cooked . Serve and enjoy
