Instructions
Step 1
combine all the dough ingredients and knead vigorously for 10 minutes

place dough in a lightly greased bowl and cover for 1- 1.5 hours or until doubled in size

divide dough into 8 pieces and roll smooth into round balls
Step 4
cover in plastic wrap and wait 30 minutes
Step 5
using your index finger poke and stretch a hole in the center of each ball. Giving it a bagel shape
Step 6
heat up water bath ingredients to a low boil and preheat oven to 425*

transfer bagels to wter bath in batches.
Step 8
cook for two minutes on one side and flip for another one minute
Step 9
drip dry and place on a parchment lined tray
Step 10
cover with everything bagel seasoning(poppy seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, onion salt, pepper, and carraway seeds)
Step 11
bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown
Step 12
cool on wire rack
