Gluten Free Bread (Challah)

This recipe is so fantastic I quadrupled the recipe all the time and i can make big loaves out of it my kids and guests always say they can't tell that it's gluten free.

Instructions

Step 1
Dissolve the 1 Tbsp sugar in 1 3/4 cups water in the mixing bowl your using and let proof for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add in the rest of ingredients and mix well till combined It will be sticky but leave it and let sit for a hour.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 350, and place a dish of water in the bottom of the oven while preheating ( i use a 1/2 of a 9x13 Pan) and you will leave it while baking as well.
Step 4
Oil your pans you will be using ( i actually put some corn meal as well)
Step 5
Start shaping the dough by putting on rubber gloves and have a bowl of oil and keep oiling the gloves because it will be sticky. you can actually pull out the dough and make a braided loaf or any shape you like.
Step 6
Once all the dough is braided and done do a egg wash and put any toppings you like.
Step 7
Bake till golden then take out and let cool for about 5 minutes
Step 8
Once cooled take it out of the pan it will be a bit soggy so place back into the oven for about 3-5 minutes or based on how crispy you like it.
