Step 1
Combine cheese, beef, mustard, salt, and onion powder mixing well. Gently fold mixture into 2 Pattie’s and flatten.

Mix all ingredients in bowl until smooth
Step 3
Cook burgers in fryer at 400 to medium doneness about 10 minutes flipping 1/2 way. Place on sheet pan and cover with foil and put in 200 preheated oven.
Fries
Step 4
Cut potatoes into 1/4 length and thickness fries. In bowl toss potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In batches, cook 380 for 12-14 minutes in oiled fryer in single layer without overlap shaking 1/2 way.
