Instructions
Step 1
Cut butter into small squares. Place in a saucepan and melt on medium heat until butter is browned (~7-8 minutes). Place the brown butter in the fridge until solidified and cooled.

Preheat oven to 335
Step 3
Cream together butter and sugars until creamy (at least 4 minutes).
Step 4
Add eggs to bowl one at a time, mixing after each egg.
Step 5
Add vanilla extract and mix.
Step 6
Combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt with butter-sugar-egg mixture. Mix until the dough is mostly combined, but not completely combined.
Step 7
Add chocolate chips and mix until all ingredients are fully combined.
Step 8
Separate dough into large balls (80-150g each) and place on baking sheet. Note: 80g makes 16 cookies
Step 9
Freeze cookie dough until solid
Step 10
Bake 14-17 minutes.
Step 11
Remove from oven and let rest for at least 10 minutes.
