Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2
Prepare a 9x13 inch casserole pan with cooking spray.
Step 3
Prepare the Stove Top according to directions.
Step 4
Lay the chops in the pan. I like to trim any large amounts of fat first.
Step 5
Smooth 1 tsp Dijon mustard on each chop.
Step 6
Top each pork chop with an equal amount of stuffing.
Step 7
Mix the soup and water to slightly thin it, and then pour it evenly over the chops.
Step 8
Bake for 30-40 minutes, until internal meat temperature is 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
