Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.


Step 2
Combine oats, nuts, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.


Step 3
Add oil, honey and vanilla. Stir until all of the dry ingredients are thoroughly coated.


Step 4
Pour the granola onto the baking tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.


Step 5
Once the granola has cooled completely, add your dried fruit and store in an airtight container.
