Puffed Millet Granola

PSA: most granolas are high in sugar and have additives. So make it at home! I used puffed millet as my grain for additional health benefits, and it’s great for the luteal phase of your cycle ☀️

Ingredients
10 servings
2 cupspuffed millet
1 cupwalnuts
chopped
½ cupsunflower seeds
½ cupraisins
1 tspcinnamon
½ tspvanilla extract
½ tspfine grain sea salt
⅓ cupmaple syrup
¼ cupcoconut oil
melted
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325°
Step 2
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together
Step 3
Pour onto a baking sheet and spread evenly
Step 4
Bake at 325° for 15 min. Take out to stir. Lower the oven temp to 200° and bake for 15 more minutes.
Step 5
Let cool before serving
