Instructions

Step 1
Mix everything together in a bowl.
Step 2
Roll into balls or press into a square tray to make slices. Use baking paper to line tray.
Step 3
Roll in some coconut to give a nicer appearance and make them less sticky to handle.
Step 4
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
