Crock Pot Swedish Cabbage Rolls

12 leavescabbage
large
1egg
¼ cupmilk
1 tspsalt
1 ⅖ cuponion
finely chopped
¼ tsppepper
1 poundground beef
1 cupcooked rice
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Steam cabbage leaves in pot until limp
Step 2
Combine egg, milk, onion, salt, pepper, beef and cooked rice.
Step 3
Place 1/4 cup mixture in center of each leaf; fold in sides and roll ends over meat.
Step 4
Place in Crock Pot.
Step 5
Combine tomato sauce, with brown sugar, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over cabbage rolls.
Step 6
Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
