Broccoli Chicken Divan
Another great week-night supper! You can use rotisserie chicken or sauté some like I did here.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Step 2
Cut broccoli into florets and steam until crisp-tender (about 5 minutes). Drain.
Step 3
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and sauté until cooked through.
Step 4
Place the cooked broccoli in a well-greased pan. Top with the chicken. In a bowl, mix the soup, milk, sour cream and sherry and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle liberally with Cheddar cheese.
Step 5
Sauté the bread crumbs in butter until browned, then sprinkle over the cheese.
Step 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly brown. Serve over rice.
