Instructions
Step 1
Wash the potatoes
Step 2
Place potatoes in a large pot. Cover with fresh cold water and 1 tablespoon of kosher salt.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until fork tender.
Step 4
Drain potatoes.
Step 5
In a small bowl mix together olive oil, garlic, 1/2 tsp kosher salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes.
Step 6
Place seasoned potatoes onto a parchment lined baking sheet
Step 7
Roast for 20 minutes alongside the yorkshire puddings.
