Step 1
Whisk together the chia seeds, spices, and milk in a bowl. Allow the moisture to sit for 10-15 minutes until it had thickened. Give it a stir before serving then add the chia pudding into a jar. Top with the almond butter, pecans, and cinnamon stick if desired.
