Instructions
To soak the chia seeds
Step 1
Add the coconut water, sesame milk and chia seeds to a bowl and Whisk to incorporate all ingredients.
Step 2
Add the orange juice, passion fruit juice and seeds, and lime zest. Give another mix and leave in the fridge to activate overnight.
To serve
Step 3
Add another splash of sesame milk to the mix.
Step 4
Add the diced mango and pineapple.
Step 5
Transfer to serving bowl and garnish with more pineapple and mango.
Step 6
Sprinkle with coconut flakes and toasted cashew to garnish.
