Instructions
Step 1
For sauce, combine yogurt, 1/4 cup parsley, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt in food processor; process until smooth. Set aside
Step 2
Combine oil, garam masala and remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt in medium bowl. Add chicken, toss to coat. Thread chicken on eight 6-inch skewers.
Step 3
Grill chicken skewers over medium-high heat 5 minutes per side or until Chicken is no longer pink. Serve with sauce. Garnish with parsley
