Instructions

Step 1
Oven 350. In small bowl, combine Sugar, Cayenne, 1 Tbsp salt, and I tsp Pepper.
Step 2
Place Pork in 5 qt. Dutch oven and rub with spice mixture.
Step 3
In seperate bowl, combine Vinegar, Garlic, and ½ Cup Water. Pour over Pork.
Step 4
Cover and Bake 2-2½ hrs. until fork tender.
Step 5
Transfer meat to cutting board, reserving juices. Shred meat with 2 forks and toss with some of the juices to moisten meat.
