Instructions
Step 1
Cut your pork belly into 5cm square pieces. You should get at least 12
Step 2
Cover generously with the Cajun rub
Step 3
Place on a rack over an oven dish an cook at 180 for 2.5 hours
Step 4
After 2.5 hours take the pork pieces off the rack and place in the oven tray. Drizzle over the honey and spread in the butter
Step 5
Cover and cook for a further 1 hour
