Step 1
Preheat oven 180°C/ gas mark 4
Step 2
Line a 8x8 inch square tin with baking paper leaving a little baking paper hanging out making it easier to lift the flapjacks out after baking.
Step 3
Added oats and brown sugar to bowl Melt the vegan butter and pour over oat/ sugar mix. Then add syrup Mix together
Step 4
Transfer mixture into your lined baking tin and press it down tightly in place.
Step 5
Bake in oven for 20 minutes this give you nice chewy flapjacks. If you prefer a bit more crunch bake for 5-10 minutes longer
Step 6
Once baked remove from oven and leave to cool Once completely cool remove from tin and cut into squares
