The Honey Aleppo version of this recipe hit 6.5M views on TikTok. But unfortunately, Trader Joe’s discontinued the sauce, so we had to find an alternative. We made it with peri peri sauce instead, and it tastes similar to a Buffalo wrap! Still very good, but we miss the honey aleppo sauce.

Step 1
Cook your chicken thighs over medium high heat, for 3 minutes on each side. Then use two forks to shred the thighs into small bits.

Preheat your oven to 375°

In a medium sized mixing bowl, add your cream cheese, Boursin, and peri peri sauce. Whisk together until fully combined, then add in your shredded chicken. Mix together until evenly coated
Step 4
Unroll your pastry sheet, and add the chicken mixture into the middle third of the sheet.
Step 5
Use a knife to make 6 diagonal cuts on each side of the pastry sheet. Each should be around 1/2 inch apart, creating strips that you can pull over the middle. Reference the image. Then remove the corners of the dough, fold the top and bottom flap over the chicken, and cross the strips over one another until the chicken is fully covered.
Step 6
Melt butter and add minced garlic. Spread it on top of the puff pastry so that it’ll turn golden in the oven
Step 7
Move to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and put in the oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden
