Instructions

Stir-fry chicken

Step 1
Add 3 tbsp water and 2 tsp soy sauce to the chicken, and mix until the chicken is well-coated. Rest for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Add 2 tsp cornstarch and the 1 tsp of oil, and mix until everything is incorporated. Rest for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Place the wok over high heat until it starts to smoke.
Step 4
Add a couple of tbsp of vegetable oil.
Step 5
Sear the chicken on each layer until has turned opaque.

Stir-fry beef

Step 6
Add baking soda and water to the beef, and massage until liquid is absorbed. Rest for 1-2 hours.
Step 7
Rinse the beef thoroughly under running water until the water is clean.
Step 8
Mix the beef with 2 tsp oil, 2 tsp soy sauce, and 2 tsp cornstarch. Rest for 15-30 minutes.
Step 9
Sear the beef on each layer.

Fried rice

Step 10
Cook the bacon in the wok.
Step 11
Add half of the green onion.
Step 12
Add the eggs.
Step 13
Move it aside inside the wok, and add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, and mix.
Step 14
Mix the beef, chicken, rice, carrot, potato, and 0.5 tbsp of soy sauce.
Step 15
Add the pending green onion.
