Peanut Butter Balls - Carrie Case
1 step
Prep:10min
A great snack for on-the-go, after school, or anytime you want a satisfying treat. These PB Balls are a great substitute for granola bars. Separate them on a tray and pop them in the freezer for a few minutes to keep them from sticking to each other. I store mine in baggies in the freezer. Makes it a convenient grab & go for me and my 3 kiddos.

Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together until combined. Scoop onto parchment paper using a 1/2 scoop (you could use a spoon and your hands to form balls). I like to freeze mine so they don't stick to each other and then save them in a bag. They thaw really fast too. I think it makes about 50 balls in the 1/2 oz size. I've never officially counted though!
