Step 1
Sauté season blend in butter until onions are clear.
Step 2
Add thawed corn and garlic and cook until bubbly over medium heat. Stirring often.
Step 3
Add shrimp and crawfish continue to cook until shrimp turned red.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper and half-and-half.
Step 5
Heat thoroughly but do not allow to come to a boil.
