Instructions
Step 1
BLEND the chickpeas, water and spices for 2-3mins in a food processor
Step 2
ADD vital wheat gluten, BLEND for another 2-3mins
Step 3
KNEAD for 2 minutes
Step 4
DIVIDE the dough into 4 strings, twist them and make a knot/
Step 5
FRY each side for 2-3mins, then add veg stock
Step 6
SIMMER (!) for 50 minutes
Step 7
PLACE in the fridge to cool down and tear into strips
