1. Preheat oven to 325 F

2. Cream the cream cheese and sugar substitute in a medium bowl.

3. Add the vanilla extract. Beat in the eggs one at a time.

4. Pour half of the mixture into an 11x7 glass baking dish.

5. Add the pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the half of the cream cheese mixture still in your bowl. Beat until just combined.
Step 6
6. Pour the pumpkin mixture on top of the cream cheese mixture in your pie dish. Smooth out the top.
Step 7
7. Bake for 40 minutes. Chill for at least four hours or overnight is best!
