Instructions
Step 1

Begin cooking 8 - 12 oz of fettuccine noodles in a separate pot. Stir frequently to avoid noodles from scratch sticking together.

Step 2

Set instant pot to Saute on Medium heat. Cook up the 1/4 cup of butter and the bella mushrooms.


Step 3

Then add the 2 minced garlic cloves and 1 tsp of the minced dried rosemary.


Step 4

And and cook the cubed chicken breast along with the salt and pepper.



Step 5

Then add and mix the can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of chicken broth.


Step 6
Change the instant pot setting to Low, cover the lid and let it cook for 6 minutes.
Step 7

Quick release once time is up, and then add the heavy cream, zest of lemon and the baby spinach.



Step 8

Mix the sauce in with the noodles in the other pot, and then add 1 cup of shredded parmesan cheese and some more minced rosemary. Serve and enjoy!
