Ingredients

lasagna strips
For the meat
ground meat
1onion
1 tspminced garlic
2 Tbspolive oil
1can chopped tomatoes
salt
to taste
1 tspred chili powder
1 tspblack pepper
crushed
1 tspdried basil
1 tspdried oregano
1 cupwater
For the bechamel sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Add olive oil in a pan on medium heat and add the onion and garlic until golden
Step 2
Add the meat with them until cooked then add the seasonings and the tomatoes and water until you have a thick sauce
Step 3
In another pan add the butter until melted then add the flour and whisk until clumps form. Add the milk gradually while whisking and continue whisking while the sauce thickens. Add some salt and pepper.
For layering
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees C
Step 5
In a dish, spread some bechamel sauce and top it with uncooked lasgna strps. Spread some meat sauce and top it with some bechamel sauce and cheese and top it with lasgana strips. Continue with this layering until 4 layers.
Step 6
Top it with cheese and insert some toothpicks so the tinfoil doesn't touch the cheese. Cover the dish with tinfoil and put it in the oven for 40 min and uncovered for 15 mins.
Step 7
Let it cool before cutting into it
