Instructions
Step 1
Heat 20g butter on sauté mode
Step 2
Add the onion, garlic, bacon and mushrooms & sauté for 5-8 minutes
Step 3
Add rice and cook for 1 minute, stirring
Step 4
Add wine and stir til almost all absorbed
Step 5
Add stock & chicken and stir well
Step 6
Put lid on, set to seal, manual pressure for 6 mins
Step 7
When done, release pressure (QR)
Step 8
Stir in parmesan and spinach
Step 9
12. Put lid back on and let sit for a couple of mins
