1.5 lbsalmon fillet

1lime juiced

1 tablespoonorange zest

1 tablespoonolive oil

1 teaspoonpaprika

1 teaspoonchili powder

1 teaspoongarlic powder

1 teaspoondried oregano

4tortillas

2 tablespoonsolive oil

water

1red onion
sliced thin

2bell peppers
sliced thin

½ teaspoonpaprika

½ teaspoongarlic powder

salt

Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl or measuring cup- whisk together all of the salmon except salmon. Place salmon in a ziplock bag and pour marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 min but can be done the day before.
Step 2
In a pan- pour in olive oil, add in onion, peppers and seasonings. Cook until tender (10-15 min) stirring periodically.
Step 3
Preheat air fryer to 360F- cook salmon for 12-15 minutes until the top is crispy.

Step 4
Heat your tortillas over the stove and assemble with your favorite toppings.
