Step 1
Put flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in four piles in mixing bowl.
Step 2
Add warm milk and stir with sugar and yeast, add the oil, then blend all ingredients with the dough hook attachment until it comes together and isn't sticky. Add more milk if it's too dry.
Step 3
Separate into hand-sized balls, rub with olive oil, flatten slightly and let rest 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 425 with a pizza stone inside.
Step 4
Season the tops of the dough balls, if desired, flatten to about 1" thick. Poke each round with a fork, then put in hot oven. Bake about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
