Instructions
Step 1
*Begin by chopping up your chicken breasts into bite sized pieces.
Step 2
*To a large frying pan, add your olive oil and butter and set stove to medium heat.
Step 3
*Add your chicken, and fry for a couple minutes. Add your salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and nutmeg.
Step 4
*After about 3-4 minutes of cooking (when the chicken begins to brown) add your pasta.
Step 5
*Turn heat to low/medium, add your pasta, broth and milk. Cover and let simmer for about 6-8 minutes, stirring every few minutes to avoid pasta sticking to the bottom.
Step 6
*Once the pasta is almost cooked (if it needs another 3 minutes or so), add your broccoli and cheese.
Step 7
*Cook uncovered on medium/high heat for the last 3-4 minutes, mixing until everything is incorporated well.
