Instructions

Step 1
With electric mixer, mix dry ingredients and add rest of ingredients except oatmeal and chocolate chips. After mixing well, add oatmeal, blend and add chocolate chips. Refrigerate covered with plastic wrap for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take dough out of fridge and scoop out rounded tablespoons, dip in sugar. Bake sugar side up. Place 4 inches apart and 2 inches from edge of large ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 to 22 minutes. (Depends on oven, don't overbake. ) If you have to bake in a couple of batches, put dough back in frig until ready to bake.
