Instructions
Step 1
Combine peanut butter, oats, maple syrup, protein powder, almond flour, salt, vanilla, cinnamon.
Step 2
Spoon into muffin tins and freeze 1 hour.
Step 3
Melt 2 tbsp peanut butter and chocolate chips. Spoon over each cup and sprinkle with coconut.
Step 4
Freeze again 30 minutes.
